The live Zoom lessons allow me to follow all students singularly and correct them when needed.

- Tuesday evening 19.00 – 20.00
- Thursday evening 18.00 – 19.30
- Saturday mornings 9.00 – 10.30
WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING:
1 single 90 minute class
You don’t need any prior experience with yoga; the course is ok for both super beginners and super advanced levels.
If you are more than three months pregnant the practice for you is on Thursday evenings, just remember to let me know when you sign up.
The only fundamental thing I ask is FLEXIBILITY (not physical but mental, even though one goes hand in hand with the other). In fact, it could happen that I might need to switch the day or time of a class.
STRUCTURE OF THE CLASSES:
Following circadian rhythms,
Thursday will be more of a restorative yoga with feminine techniques that are also suitable for pregnancy and for immediate post-partum. The flow will be dedicated to relaxation and the themes will be tied to our hormonal health.
Saturday morning our mood will be more energetic, we will be working on our strength and persistence, which are fundamental for establishing grace and dedication, for maintaining commitments and for being direct and consistent.
Obviously, we meditate both on Thursdays and on Saturdays.
Personally, I recommend following both classes, relaxation and strength are our allies and I’m constantly doing research to balance the recipe adding in techniques that are not only Kundalini but come from other disciplines as well.
